She sells the following for small amounts of gold (50g or less). As noted, Demon Hunters can not do the Broken Shore quest line, so they can not see this version of the npc. After the Broken Shore event, she can be found on the Echo Isles in Durotar. She is visible during the pre-legion event before departing for the Broken Shore.
She stands by the large pile of horde crates next to the Bladefist Bay by Orgrimmar.
